Housings

The housings are hardened and ground on all sides. The housing guide bores is pre-honed to -2 / -4 µm and prepared for individual fine honing of the Linear Ball Bearing. The two-stage process guarantees smooth running with no Stick-Slip Effect and highest repeatability of 0.1 µm for standard ball bearings and up to 0.01 µm for specified sensor-finish units.
