Measuring Instruments – Precision and Individuality by HIRT. Our measuring instruments include a wide range of products, such as HIRT Transducers in half- and full-bridge designs, digital models with R485 and IO-Link interfaces, signal conditioning modules, bore measuring transducers, and small signal switches. For special customer requirements, we develop customized solutions that are precisely tailored to the individual needs and specifications of our clients – ensuring maximum precision and reliability for every measuring task.

HIRT Transducer

HIRT offers a versatile range of precision measurement transducers designed for various measurement and assembly requirements. The transducers are available with strokes of ±1 mm, ±2 mm, and ±5 mm and come in configurations such as Spring-feed (F), Vacuum lift-off (V), Pneumatic feed (P), and Pneumatic feed with air-gap seal (L), each with either axial or radial cable outputs. The product line includes analog standard transducers compatible with half-bridge or full-bridge coil systems and adaptable to TESA®, Marposs®, and Mahr® systems, as well as LVDT full-bridge systems. All variants are available as Transducer Digital with IO-Link or open RS485 interfaces. Special versions, such as Plug-in model series for ergonomic handling, compact Transducer Miniature for tight installation spaces and the Pig-Tail model series, are designed for specific customised applications.

Sig. Conditioning

HIRT Signal Conditioning modules are specifically designed for the HIRT-Transducer series with a TESA®-compatible half-bridge circuit. They offer flexible power supply options with voltages of 5, 12, and 24 VDC and support industry-standard analog output signals, bipolar ±5 VDC and ±10 VDC, as well as unipolar 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, and a 4-20 mA current loop. To meet different installation requirements, the modules are available in three variants: as a T-Module for front panel mounting, as a Cable-Module with a housing box, and as a DIN Module for DIN rail mounting.

Bore-MT

HIRT Bore Measuring Transducer of the series BMT200 and BMT500 are specifically designed for high-precision measurements in limited spaces such as drill holes. They offer repeatability of 0.050 µm and a maximum linearity deviation of 1% of the measuring range, ensuring precise and reliable measurements in demanding environments.

MICRON Switch

HIRT Small signal switch MICRON Switch with high repeatability of ± 0.0005 mm for applications such as reference switches for slides and cross slides, precise positioning, automated control systems with reference switching, safety shutdowns, and other critical tasks requiring high accuracy and reliability in industrial and automation environments.

Accessories

HIRT measuring instrument accessories for T-series transducers: This includes transducer measurement tips and extensions, extension cables for transducers (Half-Bridge), connection cables for Transducer Digital (RS485/IO-Link) and Transducer pluggable,spiral cables for flexible connections, block gauge tip holders, pneumatic cylinders, fastening components for stable mounting, pressure springs and other accessories to support a variety of measurement tasks.
