HIRT Transducer

HIRT offers a versatile range of precision measurement transducers designed for various measurement and assembly requirements. The transducers are available with strokes of ±1 mm, ±2 mm, and ±5 mm and come in configurations such as Spring-feed (F), Vacuum lift-off (V), Pneumatic feed (P), and Pneumatic feed with air-gap seal (L), each with either axial or radial cable outputs. The product line includes analog standard transducers compatible with half-bridge or full-bridge coil systems and adaptable to TESA®, Marposs®, and Mahr® systems, as well as LVDT full-bridge systems. All variants are available as Transducer Digital with IO-Link or open RS485 interfaces. Special versions, such as Plug-in model series for ergonomic handling, compact Transducer Miniature for tight installation spaces and the Pig-Tail model series, are designed for specific customised applications.

Transducer Standard

HIRT Analog measurement transducers with half-bridge or full-bridge coil systems, compatible with TESA®, Marposs®, and Mahr® systems, as well as LVDT full-bridge systems, are available from the T070, T100, T200, T300, T400, T500, 10P, and 1P series.

Transducer Digital

HIRT Transducer Digital with signal conditioning electronics and digital communication based on the IO-Link or RS485 interface. Enables easy integration into automation systems, optimizes production processes, and enhances efficiency through reliable data transmission and real-time communication between field devices and controllers.

Transducer Pluggable

HIRT Transducer Pluggable for applications with a quick-connect cable, ensuring ergonomic handling, for the transducer pools of the T070, T100, T200, T300, and T500 series.

Transducer Miniature

HIRT Transducer Miniature in ultra-compact design for measuring applications in the tightest space, from the former Machsize and Nairda product group family in the 10P0, 10P1 and 1P0 series.

Transducer Pig-Tail

HIRT Pig-Tail Transducer with short 200mm cable outlet for ergonomic handling of the tranducer pool of the T070, T100, T500 series.

DC-Transducer

HIRT DC-Transducer as a complete measurement system, consisting of a HIRT standard transducer and signal conditioning electronics in a cable box, with an optional configurable DC output signal for flexible adaptation to measurement requirements.

Block Gauge Transducer

HIRT Block Gauge Transducer for measurements at hard-to-reach measuring points. For applications where space is limited and access to measuring points with axial probes is restricted.
